All of these information is on the Patreon page, but to answer your second question, not right now, no. When the game reaches a more stable state/v0.1 however, Patrons will receive 1 week early access. After a week, the public build will be released and both Patrons and public will be on the same version. (Until a new build is released and thus Patrons will once again receive a week early access.)
